I would suggest that the store manager review assignments for cash register checkers. At about 2:30 on 6 June, there were about 10 patrons awaiting checkout at Store #44, Oxnard, CA. There were two checkers manning cash registers. There was one manager (?) standing behind the checkers, observing; another manager (?) standing near the queue where the patrons entered for checkout; and a third person telling the patrons which of the two checkers to use. Three people managing the work of two is not very efficient.
