Garbage! The one word i would use to describe their product. The rental agreement is a scam, the term never ends and you never own it. They will also be so kind as to put a lien on your house without telling you. Good luck refinancing your mortgage! For those who think it is your only option, find another way! Any other way! Trust me! My furnace stops working at least twice a year during the winter, leaving me with no heat. When they first installed it, after waiting 8 months, it flooded my basement 3 times in the first week. The A/C also stops working every summer, the first year it took 7 service calls over 5 days for them to figure out the problem. I wrote another review on a different website and someone contacted me right away and told me someone would call to try and resolve the issue. Lies! I never heard from anyone and when i call the number i was given i can never get anyone on the phone. I would really like this nightmare to be over with!!! If anyone has any advice please help!
