Reliance Home Comfort technician came to my house to do the furnace maintenance the afternoon on March 3, as a result, the furnace does not work anymore. The furnace is Carrie brand (high performance), and is about 3 years old. It never had any issue before. According to the technician, it is the circuit board that is not working and needs replaced. I wonder why the circuit board suddenly broke after his maintenance work?
We have to live in the cold until tomorrow. Help!!!
