My neighbor on chemotherapy drugs was given a new outside door on Thursday last week, in December. Only there was a problem. This new outside door was a screen door with huge gaps on top and bottom so winter air blew right in. I was there when the tenant called James Cohen on speaker phone. James was rude, hung up on the tenant (who said he was on chemo drugs), and refused to even look at the problem until Wednesday.
I lost all respect right then and there.
