I am in my sixties and on disability and on a limited income. They sold a garage door to a tenant of my property, installed it took my rental properties old garage door and disposed of it all without my permission. And now they have put a lien against my rental property for the amount of the garage door (over 2 thousand dollars)
I didn't sign anything that gave them permission to do this nor did i have knowlege that the tenant had done this. And worst of all when the tenant moved out (because i found out about this) he took the garage door with him. I did not know a company can sell a product to a tenant and then hold the landlord responsible for something they had no knowlege of. This just isn't right!!!
