They charged me the full early termination of lease fee, which I paid. Then, they kept my security deposit and billed me for "damages" mostly related to the carpet.
The quality of the carpet is absolute crap and was stained when I moved in. All of this on top of the fact that they charge a no-refund pet deposit, which is exorbitant. Someone please explain to me what the pet fee is for if it's not for the carpet. This is revenue enhancement run amok.
They sent me to collections and harmed my credit. I'd love for a few other people with the same experience to step forward. I feel a class action coming on.
