I am writing in regards to US Fastcash. Last week I was looking into a payday loan. I did my application for US Fastcash but I never finished it. They said they needed more information to approve my loan. I had actually already recieved a loan for 250, which I was completely satisfied with from another company. I had many missed phone calls from many different lenders but I was no longer in the maket for one. I do and still have a voicemail from US Fast Cash, whom I never called back. Yesterday, 12/06 I was checking my balance and realized I had an extra 400 $ in my account that I never authorized!
Now I don't know what to do. I am more then happy to give back the complete 400 dollars but I don't want any trouble or fees. The company that I did borrow from I had to e-sign my signature saying that I approved their terms and conditions. However, I never spoke to US Fastcash nor did I sign a contract with them! All I did was fill out an online application, and I never finished it. It says on their website that before your approved an agent must speak with you, not just leave you a message and your approved. I don't need harrassing phone calls nor my place of employment, friends or family. PLEASE HELP! What do I do???
