I went into my local postoffice in Fort Smith, Illinois to use for my passport. I gave them the info they requested for after which proceeded to request when they needed other things. The woman kept showing me that what I offered was enough (identification, Beginning Certificate) she created a duplicate of my identification, and delivered them the initial of my birth certificate. Despite the fact that I'd the passport fast, I acquired a notice within the email stating the info I offered wasn't enough to show my identification. The notice originated from the Charleston, SC passport company. Therefore normally I had been a little confused and named them. They stated I could reapply to get a passport elsewhere and simply shed the 300$ I settled - that we could not do simply because they had my birth certificate - or I could deliver them the necessary files. They requested for 5, but I went forward and delivered them around 12 documents including my impairment records, clinic records, medicaid reports, HS degree... And different other files. I over-nighted all this info for them - have evidence along with a title of whoever closed for this. With my trip arising, I named them again plus they explained again that what I delivered was enough which somebody is researching it. Our trip has become tomorrow - and that I got another notice within the email stating that I had a need to provide them with more files. The folks in the 1800 customer support quantity for Charleston have place in due to their 'main workplace' or whatsoever to contact me but I've not received one-call regarding my passport. I can not make an application for a different one simply because they have all my info. With no one understands whats happening or just how to assist the problem. When the primary office is not calling me regarding my standing, how am I designed to understand whats happening? All I've gotten was run-around in groups without any solutions. Waste of time and my money.
