I had been informed i required a passport to get a sail september/07, bought birth certificate, image, finished software settled and switched directly into postoffice in frankfort ky 40601 march 29 3 months before my journey.By mid-april I had been informed that passport wasn't required for my journey nevertheless was never informed by postoffice which I'd not need my passport by september 1 because of setbacks around government. Our journey was a household gathering and everybody submitted to get a passport even though it wasn't required.By september i talked n / all 20 of my children people that registered me in my own sail to discover they all had obtained their passports, some perhaps prior to the journey but all from the end of september. I never received something!!! By email whilst the postoffice said I ought to. Actually i named the passport office 08/22/07 to become educated that my passport was in the postoffice on or around 08/06/07... But still no passport (actually this really is 6 months later). Passport customer support explained to get hold of postoffice and postoffice explained to get hold of passport office simply because they couldn't find the passport at-all providing me the run-around. I named the postoffice again in the beginning of sept and was informed they'd consider and obtain back in my experience, never noticed from their website again!!! Nowadays 10/03/07 i visited postoffice and was advised nothing they are able to do at this time I have to contact passport office again!!! Named passport office they inform me I have to finish a ds-11 type for missing passport that I have to acquire in the postoffice!!! Exactly what the heck, why-didn't the postoffice worker inform me this!!! Named passport office again (nevertheless 10/03/07) was informed ds-11 form isn't the right form I have to finish ds-80 (anything type) that I've to access the postoffice which I've to obtain another passport with another image and another birth certificate to obtain the initial passport that i settled $105.00 on march 29. The federal government has my cash and it has no idea where they delivered my passport and lord knows what additional relevant private details about me. IdentityTheft is just a large problem this very day in era which kind of therapy isn't and certainly will not be accepted like a USA resident who gives fees!!! I've been informed that there's no method for me to obtain my money-back or any payment for that horrible support I've obtained. It's now been eight weeks which is as much as me to keep my passport and that I may if it's the final point I actually do!!!
