In August I was denied housing the I fild a compaint with ocrc and they worked with them against me. After they had rented to me the same month i was told i was not approved for the housing. They stoped accepting any rent, retaliated against me, threatened, coerced and broke our contract. I am now in need of a motorized wheel chair, on meds for depression, eyes, muscles, breathing, due to mold, mildew, lead paint, abesteos, HUD refusing to accept also my complaint.
Went to court Magesrate said they had 14 days to tell the true identy they did not answer and it was said they did not have rights to evict and could not ammend my caregiver to complaint, it was dismissed they then brought it back again and they terrorized us. Suppose to subsidise me but demanded full amount of rent or they would evict.
