Ripoff > amazing that the company wants to collect money from you so urgently (call with threats the day after due date) but yet they cant even offer webpayments

I think this company needs to step into this century, by offering a web site that you can make payments. I lost my job a while back and made it know to these people, and have pretty well managed to send my payments at the latest 2 weeks past due, but they will call other family members herrasing them that if I fail to send a payment that day by 5 pm I will be sorry. What kind of b. S is that??!!! Lets pray for an economical upswing so we can get out of this metal piece of crap and live in a real home not financed by jerks.
