Santa Monica police chief james t. Butts Butt-head
The Chief of Police for the City of Santa Monica uses racist hiring practices and Chief James T. Butts himself uses racist promotion practices. He has been sued and sued and sued again and the city just keeps him on the job abd keeps on paying him. You know how he decides who to promote? He cherry picks people. He isn't a normal Chief who uses tests of knowledge or experience by years on the job to help decide, he will usually have this one lieutenant and they will both promote negroes ONLY. This is NOT a joke and I AM NOT kidding. Go down to the Santa Monica Police Department some time and you will see that all of the supervisors are black while white people that are still on the job at Santa Monica just continue to take it.
