Deceptive, bitter, strange, not quite right, lack of mental judgement

This notice is for anyone who is or who will be dealing with the Iowa City Housing Authority for Section 8 housing reasons.

For starters, if you live on less than $700.00 per month and your rent is less than $320.00 per month, you WON'T be getting any housing assistance.

If you are in need of lot rent for a mobile home, YOU WON'T GET IT!

If your worker SCREWS UP, and doesn't do his or her job right, and you complain to HUD, you are then denied services and the head overseaers: Heidi and Steve will support their employee.

Most of the time, ICHA is a great service. I had to learn the hard way and pay an embarrassing & financial price for their intentional screw up.
