Rosalyn and Robert Hutchings are RIPoffs. Do not deal with this couple. They pass themselves off as a Bishop and First Lady. What a big fat JOKE. This is what the Bishop and first lady are up to.
We rented this couple our home December. They came off as a nice, sweet, God-fearing couple. They rented our home under false pretenses. First they made it seem as if Jubilee Church of Christ was going to be paying the rent. They have checks made out in the church's name. They were late on rent ever month. Eventually they stop paying the rent. They now owe 7 months back rent. We had to eventually evict these liars. Secondly the church does not exist. Thirdly, we were stuck with their utility bills. Bottom line this couples has stuck us out almost $20,000 this includes all the legal fee to get them out of our home. We are still battling these liars in court. Do not deal with these squatters. I pray that they get what's coming to them. I feel sorry for this couples children. If you are in the Easton PA area do not deal with this couple.
