I entered in to a contractual agreement with this specific Charity to contribute a Time-Share in March. I had been billed a $475 exchange charge, using the contract the Charity might manage all required paperwork and supply a gift bill for tax purposes. The whole procedure was suppose to consider 30 days (as suggested on its site http://nationalchildrens. Webs.com, but I've permitted 3 months. The Charity has become non-responsive to any phone questions (not addressing or returning calls). The only real conversation I'm getting is from the repetition via email (upon my questions), but she's no further supplying me with any kind of standing, though guarantees are created. The Charity suggested that regular changes could be supplied after I joined into this contractual agreement. It has not happened in quite a while. I approached the Trade Commission and was educated the Charityis permit was terminated on 3/24/10. I'm worried this Charity will begin to melt without fulfilling the conditions of the agreement and without refunding the $475.00 charge.
