This was the worst property management for me. I'm an out of state owner and shouldn't have trusted my property to this company. They were not dependable, didn't send me a bill until I owed large amounts for repairs I didn't approve. They placed an bad non rent paying tenant in the property that destroyed the property. The management company didn't clean after the tenant left (not even the refrigerator) and didn't go into to the property in over 7 months and stated they rode by. Riding by the property and not going inside resulted in overlooking water damage that will now cost me a large amount of money. The company lied to me on many occasions, didn't maintain the property and I received many compliance notices from the city, and didn't send the items I requested. I have been asking for a key to my property for over 6 months and still haven't received it. The manager of the company was my main contact and stated she sent the keys. I'm submitted my 60 termination notice and still haven't received any of my pertinent information. Moral of this story manage your property management closely especially if it's Milestone Leasing & Management.
