Campus Habitat constantly tries to pull the wool over its residents' eyes. It is a "Premier Student Living" or "student-centered experience." Yet since Central Crossing was bought out by Campus Habitat they have done very little to actually benefit their residents, only themselves.
They are re-doing all pf their apartments to fit their look, which is understandable, but telling your residents they have 3 days to pack and one morning to move is completely insane, when all the residents are college students and have this thing called school.
Since many residents are still on the old contract of the last owner, it states that no renovations are to be made that will require residents to move out. Yet they give the residents no choice, and they assume they will get away with it as we are just dumb college students.
They have also shut off the water many times without warning for minor scheduled repairs without notifying tenants 24 hours in advance, but without no warning what so ever.
