Rip-off! Many problems!

1) Elevator outages
2) no security on entrance doors
3) video cameras down
4) buzzers doorbell don't work
5) many more residents in each apt than on lease
6) fire alarms constant
7) water goes off
8) pool pipes burst
9) garbage piles up in chutes
10) excessive lock out fees
11) management enters apartments leaves letters on furniture not under the door
12) mail problems, managers not in office during business hours
13) New residents on public assistance others who pay rent qualify through jobs and credit checks, lowering of standards and values by admitting assisted housing
14) bar on first floor, drunks in elevators
15) drugs in building
16) carpet in halls torn out not recarpeted for months
17) appliances break, kitches remodeled after leases expire and residents move out, but existing residents can't have stoves replaced
18) contract labor working on remodeling drunk on the job
19) cosmetic changes do not resolve security and safety and garbage problems. Tenants who occupy buildling have rents raised without remodeled kitchens
