Ripoff

Brown Properties in Canton Michigan is in no way
interested in satisfying its residents requests.
They will not respond to phone calls, or e-mails from
there current residents. Warranty repairs are never
done on time, or at a conveinient manner for the residents.

When they are done, it is done half way and left as an eye soar to everyone living in the community. Brown Properties, namely Jeff Brown, has even taken one resident to litigations to avoid the residents warranty repairs. Brown Properties warranty "experts" as they say, are more interested in what time they are getting "off" the job, then what they can put in when "on" the job. Like the last article said,
I would not reccomend ANYONE to purchase from Brown Communities in Michigan, as your requests will be unfullfilled.

I have never experienced such a LOW level of customer service, than I have received from Brown Properties of Michigan.
