This practice needs to be closed immediately. The way they treat people is so completely rude and mean. I have been waiting since May for my work to be completed. The suffering I have endured because of this practice is just wrong. My first mistake was I paid in advance and in full for all work needed, around ($6,000) and have been without teeth on the bottom of my mouth since then. They will not make a new appointment for me. My husband has since taken to calling for them because i get too upset. He is told over and over for the last month that he needs to speak to the office manager that never calls him back. I believe suing them is our only option.
