I got my teeth whitened by Brite Smile and purchased a two year maintenance package.in August I called to make an appointment and I was told that they were remodeling and to call back in two weeks. When I called back, I was forwarded to someone in California who told me that they closed all stores in Arizona and that I should drive to CA to have my teeth whitened. When I told them that was ridiculous, I was informed that I would receive a refund, and to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me.
It's now been 6 months of calling and waiting for someone to return my phone calls which has never happened. When I call, I just keep getting the response that it's being processed, and that someone will call me within a week to 10 days which never happens.
This a bad business. It was a contract, and they did not keep up their end.
