Out thousands of dollars for unfinished work. Also for lying that I had bone loss and I need to have all teeth pulled, however another Dentist took Xrays and said that I did not have bone loss and should have not had all teeth pulled. The dentist and the staff were rude and were discussing my issues in an open evironment where the public could hear. The dentist was rude to me when I told her the dentures did not fit. After visiting the office on several occassions to have the dentures fit correctly, they told me they were no longer going to assist me and that I should seek dental assistance somewhere else. I was left with no permanent dentures, and no dentist. They refused to reimburse me the full amount I paid. I had to go to another dentist who charged me even more money to complete another set of dentures. To this day after 1.5 years I do not have dentures that fit my mouth. It has devasted my life. I dont speak publicly anymore and I do not go out just for the reasons I dont have anything to smile about. I'm not able to speak clearly. I would not recommend you waste your money or your time by going to Aspen. They run their dental practice like a manufacturing plant. I do believe they need to be shut down for not providing a good service for the money they charge. I do have photos that I can mail, but not attach to this complaint
