One truly lives in FEAR from Michael Donnell's CONSTANT theft and extortion. To live in any community managed by him is like living in a concentration camp. Each day you dread getting your mail with another extortion demand from Michael Donnell that run into thousands of dollars. It is pay up and shut up or he will take your house away. If you dare ask why you are being charged you are fined and penalized. This Brutal dictator has no humanity, no conscience. I am convinced that if not stopped he will someday build gas chambers and ovens for those poor souls that live in HIS communities. He is that bad NO EXAGGERATION. He is an inhuman monster.
