Vanguard Community Management under the parent company Associa has just embraced Fascism by hiring Michael Donnell; liar, thief and Fascist. He has destroyed Cimarron Townhome Association by saying NOT what he can do for Cimarron Townhome Association but rather what he can DO TO the residents of Cimarron Townhome Association.
He lies, steals money by withholding checks to assess late fees and double charges some of the residents. Michael Donnell's philosophy is, and I quote, When I manage a community the residents have NO CIVIL RIGHTS and NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. If that is not a textbook definition of Fascism then nothing is.
His philosophy is for residents to pay what he demands even if it is TEN times the amount of the assessments. He does not return phone calls, does not read letters, even certified letters. He is the Fuhrer. Most people in Cimarron Townhome Association are selling or abandoning their homes because of this Fascist.
He should be held accountable for Stealing from homeowners, fired and run out of the country to a Fascist state where he belongs. He has made Cimarron Townhome Association a Fascist state and destroyed it as a community.
Vanguard and Associa may have been decent companies but the hiring of Michael Donnell will be their downfall.
