Thank you all for responding, I live in the Liberty Square Condo and this company performed illegal work and has caused structural damage to the ENTIRE building and now think that I should pay for repairs. I have over 517K in medical bills because I now have mold growing in my lungs due to the damage from the balcony that caused mold to grow in my unit as well as in the parking garage below.
I have contacted the IL States Atty office, BBB and Dupage State Atty office. Do not let these corrupt individuals ruin your lives as they have mine. Demand financials as is allowed in the state of IL. Demand quotes for work that they want to perform, as in our example the contractor only wanted $570.00 to complete the balconies and Associa Vanguard is demanding $1,4430.00 This is all going into their pockets, unfortunately our board is also as dishonest as Michael. I have involved Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Farmers Insurance as well as all the multiple doctors and other unit owners. We as owners are in charge and we do not need to be extorted as they are attempting to do to us.
