Being forced to pay homeowners dues to Vanguard Community Management or have my home taken from me by Vanguard Community Management is a simple conclusion that these dues are COMPLETELY extortion money. Why? Because I have no landscaping, no maintenance, no snow plowing or any other service CLAIMED to be provided by Vanguard Community Management. I have included photos of: My lack of landscaping, shoddy lawn, lack of exterior painting, and rotted wood that needs replacing at my front door. I have also included photos of others landscaping. I have seen them spend a day and a half replacing one board on another unit but MINE is ignored. When I was unable to drive from my driveway and called I was ignored but when a favorite of theirs called the plows were out in an hour with instructions to do mine LAST.
