I lent herman $2,500 to help him start a business I then paid for his liability insurance$1,000 plus another 1,500 for re-supply and inventory... I am holding a signed note from him for 2,500 he has made no effort to re-pay. I sold his Bally's gym membership for him for 500.. I gave him 350 as he agreeded to pay 150 on what he owed me. When the sale completed he needed to provide me with a copy of his drivers license for autherazation to Ballys and he refused... I then was back-charged 500 to my bank account. He then gave me a car to sell to re-coup some money and again demanded the profits and even took me to court. Of course it was thrown out...
