Do not under any circumstances order the qwest / direct t.V. Bundle pack. Qwest keeps the money, does not pay direct t.V. Then direct t.V. Disconnects you and charges you an additional 400$ early disconnect fee. After months of faithful payment qwest charges payment of nearly 400$ for a direct t.V. Payment as well as an additional bill for over 700$ no one can explain where the funds are going, definately not to my bill, It is an absolute ripoff and should be looked into further by the better business bureau. I now will be looking for a reputable company for my telephone cable, and internet.
