Do not under any circumstances order the Qwest / Direct T.V. bundle pack. Qwest keeps the money and does not pay Direct T.V. Then Direct T.V. disconnects you and charges you an additional $400 early disconnect fee. After months of faithful payment, Qwest charged me nearly $400 for a Direct T.V. payment, as well as an additional bill for over $700. No one can explain where the funds are going, definitely not to my bill. It is an absolute ripoff and should be looked into further by the Better Business Bureau. I will now be looking for a reputable company for my telephone, cable, and internet.
