Stay away from Main Sail LLC... Beware of your job and your job security

Main Sail LLC is a fledgling defense contractor that regularly hires IT and technical staff and indicates all the great money they'll be earning, but it's really primarily just gopher work offering little to no return for your efforts and tends to be a mind-numbing existence. If you're just looking for a marginal short-term job so you can make average income and have poor prospects for the future, this may be the perfect fit for you.
If you're looking for a solid career move, don't apply here. The company has a super high turnover rate and tends to be managed poorly and unprofessionally. No formal training, little or no performance feedback, lack of professionalism & clear communication, squirrelly office politics, cliques & obvious favoritism, and often sudden & unexpected terminations. Then new and existing employees are unprofessionally informed what terrible human beings the ones let go have been.
They don't provide business phones, business credit cards, business computers or business vehicles. So you have to use your personal equipment to accomplish business for unethical Main Sail LLC.
Their hiring policy clearly states that they have a right to terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, for any reason, so if you are seeking employment with a company that is genuinely interested in YOUR future and has a long-term commitment to its employees.
The last 5 employees were terminated abruptly because Main Sail LLC couldn't pay them, and Main Sail LLC unethically defrauded them on cell phone calls while they were driving in their cars. I suggest you keep on looking and conduct diligent research and ask LOTS of questions prior to even thinking of considering a position with Main Sail LLC.
At best, they are a marginal and unknown player in their business field (defense contracts) and you could do much better researching and working for one of their many and superior competitors. So not only is this an unsatisfactory and unprofessional employer, they have demonstrated to be an unsatisfactory consumer provider as well.
Stay away from Main Sail LLC. Do you want to place your own reputation on the line for a company that demonstrates such a poor track record of their own?
