Refused to apologize for his crude remarks about his employees. He should be FIRED immediately

Main Sail LLC vice-president refuses to apologize for crude comments about employees.

Numerous employees of one of Cleveland, Ohios IT companies, tried yet again to obtain apologies from Tom Rybak, a Main Sail LLC vice-president/COO, whose crude comments about his employees were on email messages, telephone calls and personal attacks. All were reported to DFAS Columbus senior managers and to the IRS.

The employees said the "hurtful and wrong" comments came in response to questions about the lack of telephones, computers, printers, rental cars and reimbursement of expenses of present and former employees. They also questioned the gossip-mongering attitude of Rybak, and the trash-mouthing of former employees.

The employees said at a news conference Wednesday that Rybak's vile speeches and messages come off as speaking down to his employees and that there were other important issues to be addressed in the company, such as telephones, computer systems, printers, rental cars, and reimbursement of expenses.

Rybak refused to apologize for his crude and inappropriate comments. The employees said Rybak's comments included a slang reference to his wanting to cut off numerous former employee's testicles, and wanting to cheat employees out of thousands of dollars in expense reimbursements.

Rybak's comments sparked something of a company feud. His peers and subordinates said they were disappointed by Rybak's "reckless statements."

"His divisive and demeaning comments about present and former employees contradict our company's values and ethics, " a senior staff member said.

"Rybak has no integrity, loyalty or ethics, " said another staff member.

"Rybak should be FIRED immediately", said another Main Sail LLC senior staff member.

Main Sail LLC is under investigation by the IRS for fraud and abuse. Main Sail LLC is also under investigation by DFAS Columbus. It has been reported that Main Sail LLC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Numerous calls to Rybak and Main Sail LLC from this reporter were not returned.
