*Think twice before accepting employment here! * 360training, AKA Softech International, AKA Learn2Serve, OSHACampus, SecuritiesCampus, LearnInsurance, AgentCampus, CPACampus, based in Austin, TX is a fledgling online training company that regularly hires technical & sales staff and indicates all the great money they'll be earning, but it's really primarily just telemarketing offering little to no return for your efforts and tends to be a mind-numbing existence. If you're just looking for a marginal short-term job so you can stay in Austin and wear shorts, t-shirts and flip flops to work, make average income and have poor prospects for the future, this may be the perfect fit for you.
If you're looking for a solid career move, read on... The company has a super high turnover rate and tends to be managed poorly and unprofessionally (eg. No formal training, little or no performance feedback, lack of professionalism & clear communication, squirrelly office politics, cliques & obvious favoritism, and often sudden & unexpected terminations, then existing employees are unprofessionally informed what terrible human beings the ones left go have been.) The company holds sales contests but neglects to pay out the winners. Their hiring policy clearly states that they have a right to terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, for any reason, so if you are seeking employment with a company that is genuinely interested in YOUR future and has a long-term commitment to its employees, I suggest you keep on looking and conduct diligent research and ask LOTS of questions prior to even thinking of considering a position with this company.
At best, they are a marginal and unknown player in their business field (online education) and you could do much better researching and working for one of their many and superior competitors. You should also be made aware that they recently had their Better Business Bureau membership revoked due to failure to resolve consumer complaints and has an UNSATISFACTORY record with the BBB, so not only is this an unsatisfactory and unprofessional employer, they have demonstrated to be an unsatisfactory consumer provider as well. Do you want to place your own reputation on the line for a company that demonstrates such a poor track record of their own?
