I want to give you a piece of my mind kuba, you little man. You are the Scum of the earth. You are indeed a Scam Artist who is praying on you very own agents that trusted you and joined this company in order to save on their office fees.
Listen, you think you are cleaver by naming your Rate Increase (Tech/Ed) fee? But reality is that You have got to be the very naive to believe that we don't get what you are trying to do. We are all on to you, you excuse for a businessman.
You are trying to say Well duh, i'm not raising any office fee, It's the Technology and Education fee! Well, Guess again ahl, IT IS AN OFFICE FEE. It is an additional fee added to my monthly office expence that i have to pay your nasty office in order to be able to continue to work there. Admit it, IT IS AN OFFICE FEE Increase. $75 Additional Fees you are now requiring us to pay, against our will, fees that were never discussed with us at the time of hire.in fact these very services you trying to charge us for Were Indeed INCLUDED in the $25 office fee at the time of hire. When your lying brokers were Interviewing us, they were asked If this company offers Continuing Ed and we were told YES, Free Continuing education classes are offered and are Included with the $25 monthly fee. As for your Tech fee, let me tell you that We have already paid $100 for the stupid TECH FEE at the time of hire and we were told THAT IS A ONE TIME FEE. So this ONE TIME FEE is now an Every Time Fee? This rate increase of yours is a Monthly fee that is DUE to your office Each month (These ARE part of OFFICE FEE and It is our monthly office fee) however you look at it you little s. T!
I repeat, This FEE PAID TO THE OFFICE, IS an OFFICE FEE. REGARDLESS OF THE TITLE YOU GIVE TO IT.
