You and your brokers who hired Agents right and left within the past few months with your LIES and empty promises are trying to Deny this is an Office fee, BUT Our Contract CLEARLY STATES OFFICE FEES are guaranteed to be $25 FOR LIFE and agents are responsible for Expenses to Maintain their license, MLS DUES and taxes (Which has nothing to do with office fee), I was guaranteed I don't have to pay ONE PENNY OVER THE $25 fee to this damn office and I WON'T.
