My ex-girlfriend told DES that she didn't know who or where the father of our common child was, and she collected twelve thousand dollars of afdc, foodstamps, assistance, etc. So when she filed for child support against me after kicking me out, they wanted to take it to mediation, but i thought the amount of five hundred a month was too much money to pay when I was only making ten dollars an hour.
So we took it to court, where I was raped by a female judge and a female county attorney, obviously man-haters, The judge said, "Oh, we'll just dismiss the welfare charge against the mother" they then proceeded to put the twelve thousand dollars on my bill as "back-support" what a RIP! Then I told them my Intergroup insurance would cover my daughter's medical but they stuck me with a hundred and fifty dollar medical payment, and another hundred in daycare expenses. The mother lied her a* off in court so I wound up paying six hundred and fifty dollars a month for one child in support for three full years before I had it modified to two hundred and fifty a month when my other child was born with my current wife of ten years. This is a total scam, the state just wants its damn money and they don't care who they screw over to get it!
If I could afford a lawyer I would sue this lousy state for it's heinous crime against me, I was an employee of the State of AZ for five years, and at the time of the court decision I was working for MVD. Another of this state's wonderful scams. I even wrote a letter to Jane D. Hull the governor of AZ at the time, and after six weeks she responded that she would like to help but it wasn't her area!
If not then WHO? I hate this state all the governors are corrupt, when I worked for MVD the director Russell Pierce's son was arrested for distributing fake licenses to his friends so they could all go to the bar together, unfortunately, my wife doesn't want to move to another state 'cuz her family is here, but I would leave in a heartbeat if not for her. This state sucks, get out while you still can.
