Foc has been taking money from my ex since 1988. I have not received any arrearage owed or gotten a payment that is still being made today by my ex since 2004. I have been given the run around. When i went to the office of several cases they said i have to take my ex back to court to find out why i'm not receiving payments. When i call i'm put on hold then transfered out to disconnect. I need help they have to owe me atleast 50,000-70,000 by now.
