When we first moved in it was great, Management was changed and we learned that we had paid a deposit of way more then we should have yet no one offered to get it straight. Nobody is ever in the office, yet if something happens around there and the police are called management is there and up in everyones face. Other then that you never see them. Manager followed my daughter to my home called the police and had them search my home. She left the asst. Manager out in front of my home while she followed my daughter when she left. She thought she had seen my daughters boyfriend come into my house and was wrong. I sold the first trailor I bought there and moved into another one that I am currently making payments on. The person I am making payments to was not asked to sign a third party agreement, which meant if I did not make my lot payment he had to. When I sold mine and put a lein on it like this I was made to sign a third party agreement which I could not afford to pay their lot payment if they didn't so we took them for their word and took the lein off of the title so they could get in. Needless to say we lost our trailor and the money owed on it.
We never got a dime from the people because they got a clear title because rules are different for different people around here. We can have pets but our pets are not allowed to be outside unless we are walking them yet they do not provide a place to walk them. Yes some people do get away with leaving their pets out, but some of us don't. If you are going to allow pets then you should be human about it or don't allow them at all. I could not stay couped up in the house why should I expect my pet too. The properties around here have done nothing but go down hill since I got here. People are pulling out of here left and right. Summers around here are full of police, loud music and people fighting all of the time. The last time I heard someone yelling was around 10 at night and when I looked out of the window it was the manager yelling at one of my neighbors. How professional is that?
There is a right way and a wrong way to deal with people and screaming at them is not one of them, because it was one of her friends I guess she thought it would be okay. I personlly have never spoken to the new manager because I have been told by numerous people how she handles her problems and I don't think my temper would stay in tack good enough that there would not be serious consequences. Think twice before you come here. It is evidentally easy to get in.
