Princeton Property Management
No Quiet Hours - Sleep Deprived

There is no 24/7 Quiet Hours Policy here!

Georgetown Manor Apartments managed by Princeton Property Management (owner is Fredda (Freddy) Lunt).

When I first moved in I liked it, Nov. A few days later I complain about the guy above me playing his music loud.in Dec the police was called after 10 pm to have him turn down his music. The next day the manager told him that I called the police because the guy came from the manager's office to my door and started yelling at me in the hallway and threaten to kick my fucken ass if I called the police again but a few months later, in April I did call the police again. Two times and the guy is still here! Why?

I just got woken up again by the guy above me playing his music loud. I go to bed about 3am and right now I'm very mad and very sleepy!

I have complain many times to the Manager here and sent emails to the owner of Princeton Property Management. All I got in return is for me to pack up and move. At this point, I don't think that Princeton Property Management is the right property management company for Georgetown Manor Apartments here in Tigard, Oregon. And I don't think that we need an onsite manager. Just need someone for the office but they don't need to live here. What would be the point. The manager doesn't want to be contacted after hours for anything.

There is no 24/7 Quiet Hours Policy here and I think there should be one because some people sleep during the day and some sleep during the night. We all have difference work hours and "Quiet Enjoyment" should be aloud 24/7 days a week.

There needs to be a 24/7 quiet hours policy in place. I heard from the manager that a tenant moved out just after their 6 month lease was up because of their loud neighbors.

If you move out before your 18 months here, Princeton Property Management will deduct $300 from your refundable deposit. My deposit was about $700. That in itself is a rip off!

If you don't get people above you or below you playing their music loud eought to disturb you then this is a nice place to live otherwise this place sucks, big time!

A few days ago, for the last 3 hours, I'm unable to listen to my TV or sleep because the guy above me was playing his music. It's not fair that I have to live around his schedule. I can't enjoy my quiet enjoyment here. The guy needs to leave, not me! When do I get to enjoy my Quiet Enjoyment here? I'm glad I don't have any little children right now because they could not get any sleep with the music playing. If I had a headache, I couldn't get rid of it. So how many times does the police have to come out here before management gets rid of this guy above me? I don't see the point in calling the police when the property management company won't do anything to get rid of this guy. I think the guy above me should respect his neighbors by wearing headphones when listening to his music. My stereo and home theater system is in storage because I don't want to disturb my neighbors. When I was an apartment manager for 5 years, I did EVERYTHING! When I would get calls for nosie complaints. I would go right up to the tenant and ask them to turn down the music. The next time, I would write them up using an Notice Of Disturbance form. That would solve the problem most of the time.

Right now, I have been listening to the guy above me play his music loud since 9am. It's after 11am and I am very tired.

If you think about moving here to Georgetown Manor Apartments managed by Princeton Property Management I would think twice about it. I'm getting out of here soon or when my lease is up!
