Im buying my very first home from Darrell Roy Hall, (5-G, Inc.) My house is is Cleveland, Texas, (San Jacinto County Texas).
The very first week, I moved in, I noticed the water was a real dep blue, it has large chunks of grease in the water, if you touch it, it spreads like grease.
I have complained the very first week I moved in, they got my money and has done nothing since, this has been going on for over 7 months.
The home builder owns the subdivision I live in and 35 other subdivisions through out east Texas, He also owns the water company.
The water is so blue, it has stained everything, the tubs, sinks, and toilets, and the grease in the water is just as bad as it was when I first moved in. I have blonde hair, blue and yellow make green, the water has turned my hair green, I have to keep a blonde spray on it to keep the green out.
We break out in wierd rashes, were sick all the time, we get the cramps that hurt so bad we miss work.
Complaining to the water company has done nothing but caused us problems.
Complaining to the home builder has caused us nothing but harassement from the guys that build the houses down here.
Alot of people have complained, got harrassed and scared and moved away.
Im no longer scared, now Im just plain mad.
They took my money, and now they want to threaten me out. Not happening.
This Darrell Hall from Madisonville Texas has over 100 complaints about the water since 1997, its on the net in the TCEQ water system, look it up. And never do business with this guy, hes a con artist.
The houses he builds look good till you move in, there crap. And the land he is selling, is'nt even his to sell, he's leasing the land, building roads and houses and selling them, no matter how much people pay this man, they'll never ever own the house and or the land.
Im one of them.
And I cannot even find a lawyer with the guts to take this guy out of business.
