The Company Spectrum Inc/Spectrum Concepts is a rip off. They are owned by a larger company known as Cydcor. The whole company is a fake. I work there as their director of human resources for a while and know everything internally about the company.
I know the president thinks that rip off reports are for people who are just mad about the job and couldn't cut it... But Ryan Mcnulty is incorrect because i like him was being paid the promised salary spoken about during the first interview. I was in charge of calling all potential employees and was told to say anything to get that applicant in for an interview.
The company is very small and falls through all the time. The promised salary is a fake unless you work in the office. If you apply for Marketing, consultant, Inside sales, any position. They are all the same. All the poistions are just one wher you go out and sell packages to customers in cingular stores. This has nothing to do with marketing.
Though Ryan does a good job in tricking people into coming back for 2nd interviews just realize that if you start with this company you won't get paid the salry promised (i know this because i use to cut the checks myself) you don't get paid for the first 3weeks and the promised benefits are fake. Don't be fooled by this guy. He is a scam artist and has no business running a company.
This is his 2nd office the first fell through. He doesn't care about you or if you have a family. They work mon through sat from 830 to 9pm. And even the best employees there only recieve about 280 for those long hours. Their is no bonus or salary. Straight comission!!!
The tavel is unpaid and you have to foot the bill. All trips are mandantory and are deducted from your paycheck... DON'T Start here unless you want to be ripped off.
