Seven Marketing Inc. Is a Cydcor affiliate and a marketing sham.
They market themselves on job boards (including University job boards) as marketing firms when it is in fact a Cydcor company that does DOOR TO DOOR sales. They promise financial independence and a six figure salary after a year. But what they don't tell you is that you have to hire people under you in order to make money. Pyramid scheme much?
The first interview is a fifteen minute fluff interview that means nothing. They tell you that they're calling back the top candidates for a second round interview but everyone gets called back. The second round interview is a full 10 hour day following someone around while they try to lie and scam people to sell U-Verse. When you get back from that madness, you take a survey that a fifth grader could fill out and get offered the job depending on if your person liked you.
If you're dumb enough to take the job here's what to expect. 10 hour work days. 100% commission. No benefits. No gas per diem. Nothing. They will definitely try to brainwash you with dreams of grandeur but don't believe in anything. I saw too many bright people be brought out on these second round interviews who had great college resumes but I couldn't do anything to save them. I finally left the company after coming to my senses and accepted a solid job with a guaranteed salary.
Google cydcor scam, cydcor pyramid scheme and read Eric Wolfram's cydcor blog if you need proof. The office does everything that Cydcor does. It's a cult. Run fast.
