Well if you are reading this you probably have been in contact with Marketing Dynasty. Hopefully you will read this and not go in for your first or second round interview, or if you already work there I hope you read this and run away as fast as you can. First things first oh that salary they told you about umm no there is no salary its all commision.
Oh and that training salary of $250 umm no thats not coming either I have taken out hundreds of interviews and trained tons of people there is no salary its based on whatever the leader you go into the field decides to pay you. Yes it is door to door cold calling businesses to by the way which I dont have a problem with as long as I am getting paid for it. I have had thousands and thousands of dollars stolen by Cydor and Bellsouth.
The reason I write this is not out of hate but I do not want anyone to be misled and waste alot of their time in hopes of getting somewhere within the company I have worked for Marketing Dynasty since it was first opened in July. I sold my house in middle TN and moved my family into a one bedroom apt thinking oh one day im going to make it and have all the money in the world. Well so much for that idea.
Marketing Dynasty is the biggest rip off company around from the way they mislead people on the phone to the money their reps are shorted on their paychecks. Any company affliated with Cydcor is only out for one thing and that is how much money can we make off of our lies.
Another thing leaders in the office work from 7:15 until 7:00. Well I dont want this to be to long but just to let everyone know what they are getting into.
