As bad as it is for some to discuss how police are. I feel it is important. That is how we improve things.By good communication skills. Any agency that cant accept criticism is a tax waste. I think the officers working here do make enough money to brag. I have seen a decline in this agency. Many want to vote in some fine, ethical police chief. That brings little change. The problem is the officers and those in charge have too much time on their hands and are too political to deal with citizen concerns. There is a great deal of work to be done at this agency in communicating and secret investigations that become public or cruel towards the citizens. Sad group of individuals. May be like one or two working there that really care about people not the pay. Much oversight is needed and it needs to be done by a group of non family citizens not related to employees.
