Hoover police are robbing the taxpayers by setting up speed traps to enhance revenue for the corrupt hoover municipal government. Mayor petelos, chief nick derzis, judges and police are all corrupt. Hoover is broke and so they are robbing the citizens of hoover. Multiply 10 tickets @ $150 times 30 traffic police per day. Do the math. Hoover police are on a quota system. The feds should investigate for corruption, again. Remember nick derzis past investigation? What happened to honor pride and dignity. Citizens have no rights in hoover. Police are bragging that they can pull you over for no reason. Petelos (contractor) over built hoover and did nothing to improve the economy. Pubic opinion of hoover police is tenuous to say the least. Protect and serve, more like rude and intimidate. Hoover is hopeless, time to move.
