The Palmyra Police Dept headed by Chief Charles Warren has corrupt officers inn the dept. 2 officers I have delt with personaly proved to me they are liars act unprofessional and misconduct themselves and violated Police Officers Code of Conduct. They will take the word and stick for criminals and Convicted felons before they will listen to a law abiding citizen!!! The have a poor rating in evrery catagory at www.ratemycop.com I feel sorry for the law abiding citizens of Palmyra having such a poorly rated Police Dept that have corrupt Police Officials working for it.!!!
