To begin with their customer support is terrible. You receive no connections that are good and there's no customer support to treat the issue if you're disappointed using their support. Their solution would be to shut your consideration when you have compensated without supplying the support they promise plus they get $160.00 of cash.
I've produced greater connections using the free providers of Google in less moment then I actually have at e-harmony. Forget when you have an issue about calling customer support, they abandon you pushed to hold back another 10minutes for another person to reply and simply hang-up you.
E-harmony is just a fraud and it has poor business methods. Save your valuable cash and avoid e harmony.
