My partner and I bought a membership to E Harmony for a single friend. After spending hours filling out her profile and submitting it she received 2 prospective people to investigate, yet was not able to. She then tried to contact eharmony yet there is no email or phone number that would not ping back. She tried several other methods to contact them inc the states email which stated this email is invalid to this region. On their 4 pages of terms and conditions which she was only able to see AFTER we had signed her up, it stated ther was a 48 hr cooling off period, yet how could she pull out when there is no one to contact. Stay away from e harmony it is a scam.
