Did not cancel subscription when they said they would. Kept charging the highest prices for 3 month recurring charges.
They don't do business the old-fashion way. It's all about the money. E-harmony is about hooking you and keep charging you even when you can prove you have not used the services and they know it.
E-harmony charges automatic renewels.
