I paid for 6 months of service up front and that was all I wanted. Now because I didn't call you to tell you I didn't want to continue the service, you continue to charge me. Ridiculous! If I wanted more than the service I paid for, I would have called and requested it.instead, you scam people out of money by forcing them to respond to letters they may not have received or even looked at.
