Poor customer service experience

First of all there are two lines on my plan my mom uses hers and I have my htc smart phone. I have a previously used Samsung, that I wanted to switch back to from my smart phone because the screen cracked. This is for now to continue the months service I paid for. When I called and asked how to do that the woman gave me attitude because I was asking questions about the costs. I continued to have patience with her regardless. She kept putting me on hold and when she came back she didn't answer my questions and made decisions for me to speak to someone about my insurance.insurance is trying to charge me extra fees, on top of my bill coming up. I still don't know the difference between my plan and the plan I was trying to switch into temporarily. So I have a useless phone for the rest of the month I paid for? How does that make sense?! It's people trying scam you for your service, time, and money. I have been a faithful customer for 4 years now, and I'm considering canceling also because there's no leniency. When your late to pay and you finally pay you only get until the same day the bill was supposed to be due the next month. Example: Maybe you regularly pay on the 26th to continue service. If your late two weeks into the next month and finally pay the 10th you have to pay a late fee, but your phone will still shut off the 26th. 16 days doesn't add up to the promised "MONTH" of service you paid for, and you're paying a extra fee for nothing basically.
