I'm filling this complaint because I think this is right thing to do. I cancelled my suscription between the 2 days established to cancel. But I'm still waiting for my $200 dollars refund to send it back to me. I called to the business several time, and every single time was a different answers and lie. First answer was that I need to wait between 30 days for my refund, second answers was wait to between 6 to 8 weeks, the next one was my check was in the mail, and right now it's been 3 months and I still don't have my money back neither do I receive the first single magazine. Lately the owner decided to not answer my calls anymore. Very scam this business for me.
